Executive Chef, Katie Featherstone

MEET THE CHEF

FROM INTERNATIONAL CHEF TO LOCAL FORAGER

Chef Katie Featherstone began her culinary career working through some of the top restaurants in the Triangle. She continued her culinary training at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC and Providence, RI. After graduating at the top of her class, Chef Katie went on to intern at the prestigious, Michelin starred George Hotel in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, UK.

Upon returning home to North Carolina, Katie continued her education by obtaining a Sustainable Agriculture Degree from CCCC, where she also served on the planning board for their culinary program. Katie spent the next 5 years working at local farms and managing a fromagerie, while continually recipe testing at home.

Since 2008 Katie has been using her knowledge of classical cooking techniques and sustainable farming to create events with the perfect mix of fine dining and fresh, local ingredients. We look forward to helping you create your ideal dining experience, whether at home, work or in an event space.
